A collection of tools for Amazon Associates to use on their own web pages
As of April 20th, 2004, these webtools are no longer supported. Unfortunately, the high level of traffic proved to be too taxing on my web host, and my entire site was shut down until the problem was fixed. So, I can no longer support these tools, and do not foresee their return in any realistic scenario. However, as of 4/30/04, I can offer another option. XML-to-javascript widgets, using Amazon's XSLT service, instead of my fragile servers. These tools are more flexible, but a little more technical to set up and use. the best part - they are completely free, no 'shared links' or other fees, take 'em, use them as you like (within the bounds of Amazon's Terms of Use). My apologies for the disappearance of the previous widgets, this came as a surprise - I had planned for this and was somewhat assured the bandwidth would not be an issue, but that did not prove to be the case. My next best suggestion would be the existing Amazon.com "build-a-link" tools ( https://associates.amazon.com/exec/panama/associates/resources/build-links/build-a-link.html ) If you have questions, please send email to info@kokogiak.com. Plain, yet Configurable A list of Top Items in a category that can be styled by HTML FONT tags or Cascading Stylesheets (CSS), and can be as wide or narrow as you wish (images and buy button are optional). It can even be as ugly as the orange/green example at left. See more examples in differing styles here.
