Guidelines: (yes, it's the "fine print", but please take the time to read it).
 
A) Do not alter the code. Amazon Light's Website Tools are offered for you use as a service as-is. Please do not alter or manipulate the output, form elements, graphics or script. You are, however, free to place the code inside of any HTML code desired. Please limit placements to one per page (multiple placements will affect performance adversely).
B) There exists no guarantee of uptime, bug-free performance or financial performance. This service is here for you to use but is subject to possible problems, such as server failures or poor interactions with certain browsers. If any problems do arise, please do not hesitate to contact info@kokogiak.com with a description of the problem. I will do what I can to keep problems to a minimum, but be clear on this - nothing is guaranteed.
C) Performance can sometimes be slow, and lag time can affect the rendering of the rest of the page. If you notice abnormally slow load times from time to time, please note that this is (usually) an issue with Amazon.com's XML feed, and not with Amazon Light's Website Tools. Amazon.com is actively working on refining and speeding up their feeds in the future. This service is completely reliant on Amazon.com's Webservices platform, and is therefore vulnerable to any problems it may have.
D) Some of these tools require visitors to have Javascript enabled on their browsers to function. If Javascript is disabled, the tools will simply not appear.
E) Updates/Changes. Kokogiak Media reserves the right to change or update (or even terminate) any part of these services, not that it will likely happen, but you know - just in case.
F) Consistency of service/terms. Kokogiak Media will not raise the percentages or make any substantial changes to this service, except to troubleshoot bugs, or in case of legal disputes.
G) Privacy. Individuals using Amazon Light's Website Tools agree to nothing in particular, except maybe that they find it useful. Kokogiak Media (meaning myself, as a sole proprietership) will not share any information that is incidentally gathered through this service with any other party. No personal data is collected, and no purchase data is collected. Standard server log files are generated when files are served, but these are not shared, and will not be shared with any other party.

The penalty for failing to adhere to the guidelines is to have your site(s) blocked from further use. If you're unsure about anything, feel free to send email.
